Job Introduction
As a **Food & Beverage** **Assistant **at Sodexo in **Woodbank Hotel, Woodbank House, Aberdeen**, you will be responsible for providing 5-star service to our Food & Beverage operations' guests. You must be a fantastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. **What you’ll do**:

- To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Greet customers, present menus, offer drinks menu and explain daily specials or any changes to the menu to customers
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Ensuring the correct standard is set and adhered to in all areas of service delivery - to include room set-up, food and beverage delivery
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).

Package Description
- **22.5** hours per week
- **Working**: 5 shifts out of 7 a varied shift pattern
- **£11.45 **per hour
- On main bus route with bus stop at property entrance
