**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- In charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Managing the sales department to improve company’s productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Planning sales drives and scheduling other team events
- Creating and reviewing sales reports
- Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks and posters
- Market research to develop market strategy and to increase and reach the set target
- Offering after-sales support to customers
- Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
- Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
- Monitoring the sales team’s progress and conducting periodic appraisals
- Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, managing budgets and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensuring adherence to laws including health and safety regulations, and policies.

**Sales Coordinator Requirements, skills and qualifications**:

- A bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration/management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in sales positions.
- Intensive knowledge of Asian groceries including all food products, fruits and vegetables.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales strategies, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Pay: £24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
