Purpose of Role

Grosvenor’s Group Treasury operates a coordinated function across Grosvenor Property, supporting operating companies (OpCos) in the UK, the Americas and for Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments, as well as managing treasury activity for the Grosvenor holding companies. Group Treasury also provides treasury advice and guidance to other parts of Grosvenor, including the Family Office and Grosvenor Food & Agtech.

The purpose of the role is to provide treasury execution, support, review and advice spanning a range of treasury disciplines for businesses across Grosvenor.

This position provides an opportunity to shape success in treasury across Grosvenor’s global businesses as the organisation continues to grow and the Treasury team responsibilities continue to increase, and treasury activities increase in complexity.

Key Responsibilities- Executing and advising on treasury activity across Grosvenor, including financing activity, interest rate and FX risk management, cash investment and other strategic projects.- Project management, execution and/or support for secured and unsecured financing activity and related treasury risk management for Grosvenor’s Operating Companies globally, from inception to completion.-
- Contribute to the OpCos’ financing strategy, establish debt finance requirements and advise on appropriate hedging strategy.- Application of Grosvenor’s Sustainability Finance Framework, including identification of new financing opportunities, reporting on outcomes and seeking opportunities to further integrate ESG into treasury transactions and instruments.- Production of key treasury reports, including interest rate and FX modelling and reporting.- Support and cover for Front Office activity appropriate to Grosvenor’s global business, including FX and Money Market Fund dealing, checking and related advice and support to the business.- Development of treasury and financing policies.-
- Complying with external regulatory requirements and internal policy requirements.- Supporting bank, lending and other external and internal relationships from a treasury and risk management perspective.- Liaising with the Tax team on treasury transactions.- Ad hoc projects.
- To achieve this, it will be necessary to:_- Work closely and flexibly with the finance teams across Grosvenor OpCos which are located in a range of time zones.- Act as a trusted business partner, by building and maintaining excellent collaborative relationships with the finance teams and colleagues from other relevant disciplines, including development and investment teams.- Constructively challenge performance where it falls short of expected standards and identify areas of outperformance that can be
