**Data Management Officer - Northampton (Temp Vacancy)**

**Umbrella Pay Rate:£19.00ph**

**Full-Time (37 hours)**

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a customer focused team player who can listen, support and challenge to ensure NPH remains compliant with all Data Protection ( DP) and Freedom of Information ( FOI) regulations. This is a specialist role and at NPH we value attitude andaptitude, so we are looking for someone with good experience even if you do not currently hold DP and FOI qualifications. You will play a vital role in the development and review of NPH’s existing DP and FOI policies and processes, management of customer requestsand responses including all FOI and Subject Access Requests, and delivery of our internal DP action plan. You will promote a culture of DP awareness and responsibility taking across the business. You will be working across the whole organisation as well aswith our delivery partners, using your excellent influencing, challenge and negotiation skills to promote and support the embedding of robust DP processes and provide expert consultancy and support
