Key Responsibilities
- Main contact for all clients
- Meet and greet visitors
- Manage all Diaries, arrange meetings, take minutes, produce agendas
- Administration for the office
- Proofread documents
- Mailshots and post adverts
- Audio typing, write letters, documents, and reports
- Manage projects
- Manage office stock levels
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, review CVs, arrange interviews and collate agility testing data
- Monitor service contracts, and deal with minor IT issues
- Liaise with accountant, control petty cash, and issue invoices
- Liaise with landlords, read meters, and keep check on leases
- Facilitate press releases
- Experience in project management is desired
