**Job summary**:
We think this is an exciting role, where you will help to promote, engage and influence audiences to join us at Osaka World Expo 2025 and see what the UK has to offer.

You will oversee the planning, production and delivery of Marcomms content for the UK at Osaka World Expo. You will work as part of a team of colleagues from across Government Departments, Japan Network and project workstreams.

You will be responsible for coordinating requests for content, support the drafting of copy/ messaging, delivery of events, and maintaining materials/assets for internal and external audiences.

Your target audiences will include internal Whitehall Departments and Ministers, alongside international Government, private sector, sponsors and international audiences.

**Job description**:
This is an exciting opportunity to support critical communications and marketing by maintaining the processes and standards required for such a high-profile project.
- Experience of gathering relevant insights and data, and drafting copy from multiple sources and contributors accurately.
- Experience of managing schedules and coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure the team can deliver activities, events and content across multiple channels.
- Ability to establish and maintain processes, plans and deliver multiple products to a high standard.
- Experience of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of input to project products and assets across a mix of channels.
- The ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities assigned to you.
- Support the development and maintenance of plans, trackers and dashboards.
- Help to generate data and insights for reports, event planning, content design and channel optimisation.

**Hybrid Working**

Please be aware that this role can only be worked from within the UK and not overseas.

Informal hybrid working arrangements will be available as agreed with the vacancy manager and in line with the requirements of the role.

Most DBT employees will be working a hybrid pattern, spending 2-3 days a week (pro rata) in an office, on average. If your office location is London, you will be eligible to receive London weighting.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent oral and written skills including the ability to communicate detailed information succinctly and clearly.
- Strong organisational and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, build consensus and influence outcomes, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and balance competing demands whilst remaining focused on delivering high quality outputs.
- Ability to making effective decisions under pressure and demonstrate they are comfortable navigating through ambiguity, to deliver at pace.

**Desirable Criteria**

Experience of working with external agencies, creative teams and / or international/dispersed teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
