Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in computer software systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
