**Job Title: Secretary/Administrator - Part Time**

**About the Role**
They are seeking a Part-Time Secretary/Administrator to join a tight-knit team. This role will involve approximately 20 hours of work per week, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
- Preparing and issuing a range of documents, including quotations, invoices, and job dockets in a standardised format.
- Organising and managing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our operations.
- Ensuring all documents and paperwork are up to date and accurately recorded.
**About You**
Essential Skills and Experience
- Full familiarity with all aspects of Microsoft Word.
- Experience in preparing and issuing various documents.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
