Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for an Fleet Compliance Officer to join our team in Birmingham.

**About the role**:
What you'll be doing As a Fleet Compliance Officer, your main accountabilities will be as follows:
- Support the delivery of Sustainability activities
- Establishing and maintaining safe methods of work for commercial drivers
- Compliance with health & safety, quality reporting
- Weekly and monthly management reporting within deadlines
- Vehicle utilisation management
- Vehicle stock reconciliations
- Plan & schedule regular vehicle compliance stops to include weight checks.
- Facilitate the collection of driver defect/daily check documentation.
- Carry out random roadworthiness checks and vehicle condition reports
- Conduct vehicle handovers to include driver familiarisation
- Carry out end-of-life inspections
- Driver eyesight checks
- To undertake any other duties and deal with matters relating to fleet issues.
**What you'll need to have**:
- Experience within an office and site environment
- Strong administration/communication skills and being able to work to deadlines while having the ability to work under pressure.
- You will have experience working with customers
- Previous experience in the motor vehicle industry
- Driving License
