**RGIS Fleet Administrator - UK and ROI**

**Location**:Birmingham, NEC area. Office based with one day per week home working after initial training period.

**Working Pattern**:Monday to Friday. 30 hours per week. Flexible working available.

As an **environmentally responsible company** RGIS is committed to introducing “greener” vehicles to our fleet and increasing our proportion of electric vehicles. The Fleet Administrator will be at the forefront of this initiative and will be tasked with **researching and then implementing policies** to achieve these goals.

**Position Benefits**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ordering & sourcing new vehicles in accordance with future and current demand
- Researching opportunities to introduce “greener” vehicles across the fleet
- Maintaining the fleet budget with a focus on improving cost efficiency
- Drafting and implementing effective policies regarding fleet operations
- Monitor the effective use of the fuel / electric charging mileage expense process and manage fuel cards
- Managing strict vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules and ensuring all grey fleet records are compliant
- Arranging and maintaining driving licence checks
- Overseeing the introduction and approval of new drivers including driver documentation compliance
- Organising and monitoring driver training modules to ensure compliance
- Utilising and maintaining the vehicle GPS tracking systems (Quartix and SAMSARA) and preparing weekly reports for management
- Oversee the management of parking and speeding fines, driving violations etc.
- Assisting with annual fleet insurance renewal to obtain competitive quotes

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience in Fleet Management, preferably including the management of electric vehicles
- Previous experience in a role involving data analysis and reporting
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload efficiently
- Previous experience working at pace and to tight deadlines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Managers
- Experience working with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel to an intermediate/expert level
- Experience of working within a multi-site operation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
