West Bromwich (Hybrid)

Our client is a champion of mental health and wellbeing, driving real change and providing crucial mental health support services to the community.

A lot has changed since they were established in 1973, they are bigger, wiser, better, and still striving for improvement, but they’re still just as passionate about championing mental health and wellbeing and supporting those who need it most now as theywere 50 years ago.

They are now looking to recruit a Head of Operations to provide leadership and senior operational management for key areas of service delivery.

You will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team and will contribute towards the strategic development and operational management of all areas within the organisation together with the continued growth and development of the charity.

You will identify new user focused business and service models whilst developing existing services to maximise the charity’s income and long-term sustainability, ensuring services are inclusive to the needs of the individuals who require our client’s services**.**

**Primary responsibilities will include;**
- Working with the CEO and Board of Trustees on the development and delivery of the organisation's strategic and business plans Investigations
- Provide effective leadership, management, supervision and support to direct reports to optimise their effectiveness and fulfil their potential
- Manage services compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contractual obligations

You will be someone who is passionate about effective, safe and exemplary mental health services, a born team player with a determined can-do attitude.
