HEAD OF OPERATIONS FOR A LEADING NATIONAL WATER AND LEGIONELLA SERVICES COMPANY

CLIENT:

- The client is an established and successful water services company operating across the UK. They provide hygiene, treatment and legionella services and provide high quality services that have earned them renown in the industry.
- Due to their large national team they are looking for a Head of Operations to join them.

ROLE:

- As a Head of Operations you will overseeing the operations of legionella services across the UK, with 6 regional managers and hundreds of indirect reports under them.
- Your role will be to ensure that the regional managers are able to meet their KPIs, whilst reporting to an Operations Director.
- You will be travelling across the UK to a variety of locations.
- You will be responsible for overseeing existing processes and systems and introducing new processes to maintain high quality services.

CANDIDATE:

- You should have experience in upper management positions in the legionella industry, with a track record of successes.
- Ideally you should be at Director or Head level, but if you were an operations manager with a high level of responsibility and knowledge you may be considered.
- Due to the travel involved in the role a central UK position would be most suitable, however any location would be considered as long as you are willing to travel.

PACKAGE:

- £55k-£70k.
- 10%-20% of salary as bonus depending on performance.
- Death in service policy and matched 6% pension.
- 25 days holiday, private healthcare.
