Are you a Facilities Assistant looking for a varied and rewarding role for a worldwide company, where you will be given ongoing training, a wide array of benefits, and progression routes into management?

In this role you will be working in the heart of London maintaining the day-to-day workings of a large corporation. This will include monitoring the helpdesk, organising room changes, checking for maintenance issues, contract management, and being the faceof the business to their prestigious customers.
This is a huge private equity company based in London with a turnover of £40 million in the UK, whilst operating out of various other offices globally. They are extremely ambitious and wish to continue to succeed on a global scale whilst keeping inspiringvalues and diversity within their company.
This role would suit a Facilities Assistant looking to step up into a fast-paced and diverse role where they can flourish in a small, dedicated team and be rewarded handsomely for their efforts through excellent benefits.
**The Role**:
- Organising room changes, monitoring the helpdesk, and sorting mail
- Customer facing, handling their requirements
- Conducting a building maintenance checklist
- Monday - Friday shifts, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 8pm
