**About you**

**ROLE**

We are looking to add a passionate and effective relationship builder and someone who can find the right global influencers and content creators to connect with our audience. You will identify and negotiate with relevant micro/macro influencers to be partof branded campaigns with the aim of increasing both audience coverage and sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify the best strategies to market and promote Printerpix brand.
- Recommend the best on platform talent for branded content campaigns, negotiate contracts with talent and agencies, and support your decision with data.
- Scout new creators to increase the scope of talent.
- Create dashboard reports to monitor outcomes of campaign metrics on performance and revenue.
- Research influencer trends and best practices and apply.
- To establish a lasting connection with our audience.
- To become a Printerpix ambassador.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ideally 2-3 years Influencer Marketing experience.
- A passion for fun and engaging content.
- A positive & results driven attitude.
- Creative solution finder.
- Good negotiator.
- Understand what good engaging social media posts look like.
- Able to communicate ideas clearly to internal marketing, design & engineering teams.
- Efficient and does what’s necessary to get the job done.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Technically adept in using influencer marketing platforms and ideally some exposure to affiliate marketing platforms.
- Analytically driven, keen on the numbers to help determine business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preferably degree educated.
- Ecommerce experience preferred.
- Salary: £23-28K, 25 days holiday p.a., pension, paid sick days, training & development, onsite.
