**Hours** Full time - Monday to Friday (8.00 - 4.30, 8.45 - 5.15 and 11.30am - 8.00pm available with one hour for lunch)

**General job description**

We are looking for an experienced telephone-based Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and support upholding our exceptional levels of service.

The role is to provide high quality telephone customer support to all WPYC customers throughout the customer journey - keeping customers informed of progress at all points of the customer journey, reviewing technical information and getting further information where needed, answering queries and ensuring that the customer experience is first class. An ability to learn some basic technical information and interpret pictures and information is required.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a first-class customer experience.
- Review survey information and images for accuracy and record information relating to the job on our internal IT systems.
- Reacting in an extremely timely fashion to inbound customer questions including sensitively handing with complaints if they arise
- Prioritising workload to ensure delivery of excellent customer service to the required KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Offer empathetic support to those customers who have additional needs.
- Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal IT systems.
- Uphold our five-star customer service reputation

**Requirements**:

- Previous telephone-based customer service experience is essential
- Customer focused approach to all work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills: ability to use Microsoft Office is a must as well as the ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- The ability to thoroughly review survey images and accurately record information about installation jobs (technical training provided).
- Experience in dealing with difficult customers, complaints and objection handling
- Be able to interpret and understand technical information and accurately record that on our systems
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work

**Holidays** 25 days plus bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
