About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our health services and products
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of dispensing staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other store teams to ensure seamless customer experience
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or retail environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
