Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team at 23.5 Degrees Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement effective back-office processes, including labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering, and stock counts.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage store budgets and achieve financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retail/hospitality management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in back-office processes, including labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering, and stock counts.
