The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

The Production Assistant is an entry level but essential role to any production. You will provide key production assistance and administrative support for the editorial and production management teams across various divisions at IMG Productions, including Premier League, Digital Content Studios amongst others

Some of the responsibilities may include:

- Assistance in setting up multi-camera shoots; including booking crew, voiceovers, camera kit, travel, accommodation, locations and creating call sheets (you may also be required to go onsite to ensure the smooth production of these shoots).
- Booking and scheduling staff/freelancers; including crew, equipment and facilities
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices, invoice and timesheet processing and cost-tracking.
- Work alongside the producer and editor to complete post-production paperwork (scripts, stills lists, music cue sheets etc.) and uploading to post-production archive system
- Act as a point of contact for freelancers and suppliers, especially on location
- Capturing data related to sustainable TV production (The Albert Certification process)
- Assisting with autocue during live shows

You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as directed by the Production Manager

Unusual Circumstances/Challenges:

- Point of contact for crew on shoots outside of office hours, as applicable
- May be required to work a few days over the Christmas/Bank Holidays, as required
- May require late start/finishes and weekend working, where necessary
- Travel to shoot locations as required
- May be required to work from multiple IMG offices in London, including Chiswick Park

Skills required:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Good organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy, discretion)
- Uses own initiative and ability to work well as part of a team and on own without close supervision
- Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure

Aptitude required:

- Excellent time management - reliable and punctual
- Positive, professional and keen approach to work, demonstrates a drive to progress in Production Management
- “Can-do” attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
