**THE ROLE**

It’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity within our footwear Team. A specialised growth category for the brand, we are focused on building strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day.

We are looking for an ambitious product assistant to join our close knit team, who is agile and organised. You will work alongside the footwear team to support administration and other general ad hoc duties in the office. You will work closely assisting the product manager, technical team, buying and sales team to update line sheets, product trackers, OneWorld pricing, catalogues and excel spreadsheets.

To be successful in this role you will be organised, motivated and willing to support the team by means of administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about footwear products and fashion and wants to work cross functionally with various other teams.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- General office admin support for the team: updating line sheets, catalogues, price lists, product trackers
- Follow up and organising seasonal samples to log notes and update required documents
- Archiving and filing product details on the team google drive
- Image upload: Catalogues and NuOrder
- Support with shipping samples: DHL, UPS
- Support team with deliveries and unpacking footwear samples in the office
- Other ad-hoc duties to support footwear team including: supporting the team to organise samples in the office, unpack and pack boxes of footwear samples, CFM and development samples

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Google Platform - Slides, Mail
- OneWorld (training will be provided)
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- A team player
- Passionate about the industry that we work within

**ABOUT THE LOCATION**

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
