We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Sales Team, dealing with B2B and B2C customers. We distribute the most delicious Spanish foods nationwide to Delis and Restaurants, online, the Multiples, Food Halls and Wholesalers. Our team is friendly and our industry is broad and we are looking for someone enthusiastic, steadfast and a team player. A grasp of Spanish would be great but is not a prerequisite.

As a member of our team, you’ll be expected to sell our foods to existing and prospective customers. Working within a team, you’ll be incentivised to hit targets and action sales strategies. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work in a sales environment, but who perhaps lacks the experience to step into a full “Sales Executive” role. Your working day will be customer service-centred, with opportunities to learn from our Sales Executives and Sales Managers, assisting with customer enquiries, pricing, and accompanying them to meetings, when appropriate.

**_ Key aspects of the job will be:_**
- Answering and manage incoming calls, and process customer orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Helping resolve customer queries
- Calling customers from an agreed list
- Supporting new product and promotional plans
- Assisting with implementing price changes and updating customer portals
- Creating customer sales reports
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of Brindisa’s customers
- A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Flexibility, primarily office based in Balham
- 28 days holiday pay, rising to 33 days (pro-rated for part-time)
