**Position**:Executive Assistant to Head of Division

**Location**: Oxford, Headington (no parking)

**Salary**: £32-38k

**Work pattern**: Monday - Friday

**Hybrid**: 2 days in the office

**Start date**: ASAP

**Experience required**: Strong Executive Assistant experience

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic client within a world renowned organisation who are looking for an outstanding individual to join their friendly, hard working team as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Division.

**What will the role involve?**
- Complex diary management for the Head of Division to ensure efficient use of time
- Travel and accommodation booking, including visa coordination for overseas travel
- Internal and external stakeholder management, gate keeping and effective communication with other PAs across the business
- Meeting coordination including venue sourcing, catering, presentation decks, document preparation and minute taking
- Proactively suggesting and developing systems to increase efficiency
- Maintaining files and records
- Ongoing project work, including chasing outstanding work to ensure projects are completed within their deadlines

**Who are we looking for?**

This is a brilliant opportunity for highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant who is looking for a role where you will be challenged, respected and have a broad range of responsibilities. Working as part of a wider team of other PAs and EAs within the division, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaborate with others. You must have demonstrable experience as an EA, be a strong communicator at all levels, have the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer literacy.
