**£23,000-£24,000 depending on experience, plus commission structure**
**Monday-Friday 9am-5pm**
Tate are working with a long standing client in Dunstable, supporting with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company that invests back into their team and infrastructure.
This client are a market leader and work with prestigious brands such as Google, Amazon and many more. The business is very proud to offer a quality service and recently won a Business of the Year award.
The Sales Administrator / Customer service Administrator job is an integral role as a key responsibility is processing client orders in a timely manager and ensuring enquiries are followed through from initial quote to completion in a seamless and efficient manner creating a fantastic customer experience along the way.
This role will suit an individual who has experience solving problems and going above and beyond for customers.
**The key responsibilities include**:
- Being the key contact for clients and handle all types of queries with confidence and excellent customer service
- Processing quotation and sales orders using a bespoke computer system ensuring high level of accuracy
- Liaising with purchasing, artwork and production departments to ensure a smooth processing of orders
- Managing Web Chat
**Key skills**:
- Excellent coordination and organisation skills with the ability to work under own initiative, and ability to work to deadlines
- A firm understanding of effective customer care process and wider impact on business
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong and compelling relationships
- Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal skills
- Being comfortable working with numbers and providing quotations to clients
