We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator - Support Services to work with the Community Health Teams based at Queensborough House. The post holder will have excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills, be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

The post holder will work closely with Operational Leads and will contribute in supporting performance monitoring and management the management. The role will also include providing comprehensive senior administration support to Operational Leads and there will be a requirement to produce comprehensive reports.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.

The work delegated to you will always be within your competency levels, you will receive both formal and informal training. There is peer support available with other staff members.

The post holder needs to be innovative and organised developing effective ways of working to create strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to support the Team Manager and develop an organisational culture that fosters collaborative working among all staff groups, to ensure a focused commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes
