Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Property Sales Consultant on a short term temporary basis starting from February 2nd 2024.

The pattern of working hours is Thursday - Monday 10:30am - 5pm

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting new build house sales to customers. Duties include booking appointments and showrounds, dealing with general enquiries and providing a range of property information to clients.

Previous property sales experience it is preferable that applicants have undertaken NHQC training (not essential as this can be provided).

Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills along with the ability to deal with a range of enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy diary of appointments is essential.
