We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Business Support Assistant for our Estates department.

You will be providing administrative support to the Associate Director and Senior Leadership team, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, stakeholders, and external suppliers, providing courteous and efficient support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex diary schedules and meeting arrangements, including travel coordination and expense management
- Coordinate meetings for the Estates business unit, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute circulation
- Transcribe letters and correspondence accurately, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Assist in collating and producing management information and KPI metrics
- Provide project administrative support, including planning, organizing, and evaluating outcomes
- Handle workforce matters within the Business Support Unit, such as health roster administration and leave management
- Plan and organize events, including necessary supporting materials - Monitor DATIX incidents and ensure investigations are conducted within designated timeframes
- Coordinate requests, complaints, and compliments on behalf of the Estates business unit
- Maintain office environment, including displays, supplies, and IT equipment
- Support financial management by checking and processing invoices for payment
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail, phone calls, and stationery

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop effective working relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as required

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
