Cheshire Based Business 'A & E Leisure' Caravan and Motorhome Service & Repair Centre is looking for an individual to join our service team. The purpose of the Service Administrator is to ensure all service warranty claims are submitted within the given time scale, parts are ordered and allocated to customers correctly. A crucial part of the role is to keep customers up to date with progress of warranty claims, parts orders and dealing with queries which may arrise. Other tasks will include booking services, booking customers in for work on arrival as required.
- Submitting warranty claims to manufacturers
- Monitoring warranty claims and parts orders
- Identification and ordering of parts
- Goods in of orders arriving
- Keeping customers up to date of progress
- Ensuring all the correct information is sent to manufacturers to allow a quick decision
**What we’ll need from you;**
- Experience within a similar role
- A positive and flexible can-do attitude
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Have good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (Training will be given on specific manufacturers systems)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
