Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solicitors Enquiries Department (SED). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal pre/post-sale queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and solicitor inquiries via email, webchat, and telephone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Produce and provide pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease and service requirements.
- Retrieve documents from other areas of the business and land registry as needed.
- Review consent requests and related documents to ensure compliance with lease and service requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently within Service Level Agreements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in document production and management.
