Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solicitors Enquiries Department (SED). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal pre/post-sale queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and solicitor inquiries via email, webchat, and telephone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Produce and provide pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease and service requirements.
  • Retrieve documents from other areas of the business and land registry as needed.
  • Review consent requests and related documents to ensure compliance with lease and service requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently within Service Level Agreements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in document production and management.
