**Prevention and Early Intervention Cluster Lead**:
Job description

**Contract Type**: 3 x Permanent

**Hours**: Full Time - 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high profile, well-respected and friendly Prevention, Early Intervention and Community Support Unit in a new role as one of three Prevention and Early Intervention Cluster Leads as we continue to develop and strengthen our provision.

It will involve working to meet the needs of a changing and ambitious council and supporting Adults Services on its continuous improvement journey. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as the Council resets its priorities following the pandemic, and the team evolves and is embedded.

We are looking to recruit passionate, experienced leaders who are passionate about meaningful collaboration and partnership, can effectively coordinate service delivery on a day to day basis using an outcomes focused approach to meet the needs of individuals, whilst overseeing the local delivery, alongside other services best placed to provide support. You will need to demonstrate that you can embrace change, work sensitively with individuals, groups, communities and partner organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to help us develop this way of working and be at the forefront of transformation and service reform and to empower people’s choices and influence and enhance their community.

Ideally you will:

- Be a highly motivated, resilient and experienced leader, who is willing and able to empower those you manage and work alongside others, by proactively promoting strengths based approaches.
- Be confident to encourage innovation, recognise and champion multidisciplinary and multiagency working, ensure equality and actively promote coproduction at a local cluster level on a day by day basis.
- Be skilled in ensuring that services are focussed on preventing and delaying a need for statutory services where possible or this could involve working alongside other professionals to reduce or manage needs to maintain independence where appropriate.
- Have proven experience of ensuring meaningful collaboration, across sectors and in partnership, through highly proficient interpersonal skills, to support effective multidisciplinary working and ensure that you uphold caring, respectful relationships and promote, equity, cohesion, collaboration equality, diversity and safeguarding at all times.

If you think that you have the necessary experience and qualifications for this role, we would love to hear from you.

For an informal discussion, please contact Kate Kinsman
