**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trauma assessments and develop individualised care plans for children.
- Provide therapeutic support and interventions to address trauma symptoms and promote healing.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops on topics related to trauma recovery and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure coordinated care and support for children.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a trauma-informed setting.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed principles and evidence-based practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: From £31,592.00 per year
