**An established corporation are seeking an Administrator to work 15 hours per week, supporting services to their corporate client base. The role is to support clients from initial onboarding through to ensuring that any service queries and issuesare dealt with quickly and efficiently.**

**Salary - FTE £24,369 pro-rated down to £9742.00**

**Hours - 15 hours per week fixed days Thursday and Friday - office based**

**Maternity contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining a strong client servicing relationship, ensuring corporate servicing queries and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Providing systems support to new corporate clients including corporate bookings pages and supporting systems, portal etc.
- Client onboarding processes and training
- Ensuring client communications, correspondence, and meetings are documented
- Monitoring new business sales pipeline and engage with the sales department for onboarding
- Supporting new and renewing tender responses
- Ensuring servicing satisfaction and all feedback is logged
- Assisting in the resolution of corporate complaints

**Required Skills / Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage time appropriately
- Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
