Office Administrator

The Wintech group of companies run from one office based in Harworth Doncaster. We require an office administrator to join our busy team to support all areas of the businesses and all departments.
- **Responsibilities will include**:_
- Answering telephone calls for the group of companies which will include dealing with customers and suppliers
- Liaising with customers and processing sales orders via social media, telephone calls and at our sales office in Harworth.
- Administrative duties for all group of companies
- Creating and scheduling social media content and communicating with customers via social media platforms
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, both in-person & on the telephone
- Great organisation skills
- Great IT skills (E.G. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-Mail)
- Have an attention for detail & accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team
- Excellent internet skills, including social media platforms

- Friendly & helpful manner
- Keen approach to tasks
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to take responsibility
- Punctual, reliable & a team player
