**Description**
- Manage the admin team assistants and setting their priorities, as well as managing the general administration
- Oversee and support the coordination of all travel, accommodation and hospitality arrangements for the company and our visitors.
- Oversee special projects and provide project focused support to the Operations Director, Directors and Senior Management
- Develop, review and implement admin systems, policies and procedures.
- Support and coordinate external and internal Company events and Employee Activities.
- Work closely with the Workplace Services (Facilities), HR, IT & Finance teams in the day-to-day running of the company, supporting staff welfare initiatives and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Ensure health & safety regulations are followed including keeping policies and documentation up to date.
- Manage and develop vendor/supplier relationships.
- Monitor costs/expenses and stock control for budget preparation.
- Prepare reports and oversee filing and record management.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Admin or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Management/Supervisory role.
- Excellent understanding of current safety legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to manage your workload and supervise other concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - keen problem solver and critical thinker.
- Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
- Strong planning, project management and analytical skills.
- Experience in booking corporate travel or supervising corporate travel requirements.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Experience working within the Creative Industries
- Experience working as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
- Experience working in Event Management or similar.
