**Client Details**
Independent Financial Adviser
**Description**
- Provide administrative support to a small team of financial advisers
- Diary management (meetings/client appointments)
- Generating valuations, processing income, investments and transfers
- Database Management
- General administrative duties (filing/printing etc)
**Profile**
**Experience and knowledge**
- Administration experience within finance
- Solid understanding of finance/wealth management
- Ability to work as a team as well as use own initiative
- Experience of meeting tight deadlines
**Skills**
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent level of English spelling and grammar
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- IT Skills - mainly Windows 10, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, IO
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest
