**Overview**:
ON+OFF Creative is a leading brand that works on projects across multiple sectors - Tech, Hospitality, Events & Leisure.
We are looking for a duel role of PA & Creative Assistant to help support the business and the team with overall communications and planning to keep the business growing.
**About the role**:
- Diary management, scheduling recurring routine meetings, planning and preparation of events.
- Help with scheduling & payroll
- Organise Google Drive
- Assisting the team with general tasks
- Create and help with mass mail campaigns
- Preparing agenda and oversee any necessary follow-up actions are completed
- Help conduct team appraisals
- Work with CEO to ensure promotional & working items are ordered, distributed to relevant teams
- Communicating with providers such as catering, wholesale & delivery companies
- Work with the CEO to organise/event manage company days and other customer focused events and corporate hospitality
- Assist CEO with writing communications for internal/external audiences
- Support the marketing team by maintaining a fresh and up to date social media presence
- General Social media and PR campaigns
- Ensure website content is up to date
- Manage the coordination of monthly communications such as Newsletters and other employee updates on developments from across the business
**Key Skills/ Experience**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to plan, schedule, and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Have a proactive approach to tasks with the ability to plan and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Proven experience of using social media (Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
