Our Client is a leading national company within the construction sector. They are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant to work at their branch near Milton, Cambridge.
**Responsibilities of the Trade Counter Assistant**
- Monday to Friday only
- General administration duties
- Handle sales enquires at the trade counter or by telephone.
- Assist in the yard with loading and unloading of vehicles
- Pick and process orders to deadlines using fork lift trucks
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure that orders are available for delivery at designated dates/times
**Skills Required for the Trade Counter Assistant**
- Forklift Truck Licence or willing to be trained/retrained
- Used to working with computer systems/databases. packages or internal CRM's
- Good attention to deal
- An enthusiastic approach to training
- Full understanding and compliance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
