We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to start as soon as possible.
**Salary**: £24,000.
**Who are we?**
Quote Me Today is a fast-growing, award-winning commercial insurance broker based between Canterbury and Thanet. It provides tailored insurance solutions to customers and businesses throughout the UK and has recently achieved recognition in Insurance Business UK's Top 15 fastest-growing brokerages.
**What does the role of a Client Relationship Executive look like?**
- Discussing payment options/plans and monitoring them for the duration
- Communicating with insures
- Requesting documentation from policy holders
- General chasing of outstanding balances
- Accurately and efficiently processing work through internal and external systems.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Collection of payments
- Passing debt process with appointed Debt collectors
