**Location**:Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 3NR

**Remuneration**: Subject to Qualification and Experience

Hours 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday Inclusive

**MAIN OBJECTIVES**
- To ensure the smooth running of main office and in particular meet the Customers’ needs..
- To provide an efficient and friendly contact in the customer service process.
- To assist with the inputting of orders.
- To liaise with Field Sales Staff ensuring a quick and effective response to help meet customer requirements.

**MAIN TASKS**

1. To receive customer enquiries and price potential orders in accordance with guidelines laid down by the Operations manager or Director in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality system.

2. To pass on market information to the appropriate quarter regarding orders won/lost, contract information, competitor activity and other details that may affect the Company’s present and future performance.

3. To be able to assist with transport, co-ordinating deliveries to meet customer’s requirements in an efficient (cost-effective) manner.

4. To acquire adequate product knowledge, to advise and sell to potential customers. In instances where products relate to K-Flex locations outside our geographical areas, this will necessitate handling the enquiry, obtaining the necessary information and passing the details on to the appropriate Sales office.

5. To handle customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner involving management, technical department or other appropriate personnel where necessary.

6. To follow a system of telephone selling and other proactive sales measures that, improves customer relationships and builds close ties between the Company and its markets, as defined by the Office Manager or Director

7. To observe Company regulations regarding Health & Safety, Environmental and Legal obligations.

8. To participate in a positive co-operative way that is helpful to employee welfare and assists in creating a happy, productive and safe working environment.

- Organise and schedule customer deliveryies
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing and excel spreadsheet skills and phone etiquette
