**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems
- Updating travel systems with correct information
- All travel arrangements are in place for clients travelling throughout the UK and International clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- IT literate - Google suite, CRM systems and Microsoft

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.55-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
