An opportunity has arisen for the right person to join North Lincolnshire Council’s Fleet services at an exciting time for the service. We are increasing investment in our fleet vehicles and our maintenance service whilst moving towards the council’s carbon reduction ambitions. This role would suit an experienced Officer who likes variety in their work, can create a great working environment, and is keen to make an impact and difference.

Within this role you would be responsible for developing a strategic approach to the Council’s Fleet and develop and implement a fleet asset management strategy and fleet replacement strategy which meets the council’s ambitions as set out in the council plan and associated strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will bring knowledge, experience and technical skills relating to a range of fleet vehicles, procurement and contract management, statutory requirements, and have negotiating and presentation skills.
