Bonus and flexible benefits available, including:

- Double-matched pension (up to 10% of base pay)

**Why Tadcaster?**
There has never been a more exciting time to join our Brewing team here at the Tadcaster Brewery. Founded by John Smith in 1758, Tadcaster boasts a brewing heritage second to none. A high-tempo site that incorporates brewing, packaging, and logistics, it’s a Heineken brewery where tradition and innovation come together to produce over 60 million pints a year. We proudly brew some of the most important lager and ale brands in the UK, such as John Smith’s, Birra Moretti, Desperados, Murphy’s, Fosters, Krönenbourg 1664, Amstel, and Tiger. If brewing is your passion this is the place for you.

Reporting into the Shift Manager and working within a highly skilled team you will be responsible for the brewing of our incredible brands. Our brewing teams at Tadcaster are first-rate supplying beer to; a canning line (running at approximately 78,000 cans per hour together), 2 bottling lines (running at approximately 50,000 bottles per hour each) and our draught pack team (Kegging and Brewlock). This exciting opportunity is within our Brewing department.

**What are we looking for?**
We have an opportunity for a technical operator with a lean mind set and positive attitude. We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area. Safety will be your number one priority - you will actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture through leading by example and deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant. With an attention to detail, delivering FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process, you will be a champion of our C.I.L.T’s (cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening) tasks.

You will work alongside very capable team members who will help you out initially, along with your shift manager, and once you’re settled you will be expected to help drive continuous improvement within your area through our Total Productive Management programme (TPM), this is similar to LEAN theories.

With solid qualifications in Maths & English and a good understanding of IT systems, you will be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment with a desire to continue your learning.
