**Technical Operator - Bottling**

**Function: Brewery Operations**
**Location: Tadcaster**
**Contract: 12-month FTC**
**Salary: £30,589 plus shift allowance of £9063**

**What are your responsibilities?**
As a Technical Operator in our brewing function, you will:

- Be responsible for running high-speed packaging machinery efficiently and effectively.
- actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant.
- deliver FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process.
- Help drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.

**What does it take?**

To best succeed in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter with a lean mindset and positive attitude. You will need to be committed to teamwork and:

- have solid qualifications in Maths and English
- a good understanding of IT systems
- be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment.

While not essential, previous experience in brewing is highly desirable.
