**Job Purpose**

To perform roles and duties as agreed with Customer.

To project a positive image of the company.

To assist with administration duties.

**Main Accountabilities**

To perform all duties as laid down in the Assignment Instructions.
- To control access / exiting of the premises ensuring the signing in procedure is implemented
- Wearing correct uniform supplied by Premier Support Services only and conducting yourself in a professional manner.
- To ensure that all telephone calls, visitors and employees of the customer are dealt with in a professional manner
- To support both the Customer and Premier Support Services with administration duties
- To book meeting rooms and meetings on behalf of the Customer and Premier Support Services
- To provide front of house cover in the event of sickness and holidays to ensure that the service is not disrupted
- Incident Reports to be completed in a timely manner.
- Any issues on-site escalated to the Premier Control room / Duty Manager.
- Health & Safety issues to be recorded and reported Immediately to Premier Support Services Control or their Duty Manager.
- Ensure desk kept clean and work area kept tidy and paperwork filed
- To implement Premier Support Services booking and booking off time and attendance procedures
- To support promoting Premier in a positive light, as an ambassador for them and the client
- To support the Customer’s emergency procedures
- To ensure Customer satisfaction

This list is not exhaustive, but the Front of House Receptionist will be expected to carry out any reasonable request from the Customer or Premier.

Receptionist/ Front of House.

Good Computer skills.

Previous experience in the same or similar role.

Must be customer facing and able to work under pressure.

Professional appearance and stature at all times.
