'Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Experience with Iris HR is an advantage
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
