**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To act as the knowledge base and central point of contact within HR for all recruitment related matters.
- Coordinate and deliver to reactive and pre-planned recruitment plan with the relevant recruiting manager and panel members.
- Work with the Directors of faculty, SLT and Recruitment and Resourcing Manager to understand current and upcoming vacancies.
- Promotion of College jobs across all our digital channels including; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube, TikTok and other platforms that continue to accelerate the digital presence of the College.
- Maintain and keep up to date all relevant recruitment and talent management systems.
- Maintain the single central record of pre-appointment checks for all staff including agency and third party supply staff in line with OFSTED requirements.
- Administer offer management, (contract and offer letters) pre-employment checks ensuring all relevant checks (or risk assessments) are returned before agreeing a start date.
- Provide coordination support and advice to managers for the resourcing and recruitment of volunteers.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress issues and advertising costs versus budget.
- Liaise with the L&DC to ensure all new employees complete the required online training and attend Teachers Induction (if applicable)
- Support the training of managers in utilising the online recruitment system when required, both on a scheduled regular and ad hoc basis.
- Identify opportunities to make improvements and deliver solutions and value-add changes.
- Draft advertisements and advise recruiting managers on appropriate advertising methods and correct use of language.
- Work with the Recruitment and Resourcing manager on any projects, taking a lead role where appropriate - e.g., Itrent, Website
- Stay up to date of recruiting trends, best practice and legislation
- Promote the College through attendance at external job fairs and recruitment events
- To maintain an awareness of the practises in the College in relation to Health and Safety, risk management, values and behaviours, employment law and safeguarding
- To ensure the College adheres to the OFSTED statutory guidance
- Keeping Children Safe in Education with particular focus on safer recruitment

Be aware of and follow College policies and procedures, with particular attention to health and safety, safeguarding, risk management, equality and diversity, quality and our values and behaviours. You will be required to attend training as necessary and update own CPD record.

**Salary**: From £24,205.00 per year
