This role will suit an experienced, dynamic Office Manager with excellent organisational and communication skills.
What’s in it for you:
* Salary: Up to £32k + 3% bonus
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm office based

Key responsibilities for the Office Manager:
* Office Management - Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
* Supporting the General Managers and their teams with PA activities as required
* Organise office operations and procedures
* Maintain control and update documents for H&S
* Provide general support to visitors
* Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle
* Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
* Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with parent company
For this Office Manager the client is looking for:
* Previous Office Management experience supporting Senior Management
* Previous experience of working within process driven organisation
* Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
* Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors / maintenance
* Switched on, with lots of initiative
* Hard-working and proactive
* Highly organised and efficient
* Excellent communicator
* Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
* High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
* A positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair
* Strong project management
* High levels of self-awareness and desire to develop
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
