Personal Assistant

Do you have excellent organisational and minute taking skills? We are looking to recruit a Team PA for our not-for-profit client. As a Team PA, your main responsibility is to provide efficient and proactive support to the Director of Customer Operations and the Customer Operations Senior Leadership Team.
The role is offered with Hybrid working and would require 2 days in the office per week and 3 days working from home. This is a 12 month FTC with a high chance of going permanent.
**key responsibilities of the Team PA include**:
- Coordinate and help produce management information for the division: Work closely with the Director of Customer Operations and relevant leadership team members to support the production of monthly/quarterly reports for executive meetings and other key internal meetings.
- Proactive diary management: Schedule meetings, organise travel arrangements, respond to inquiries, and bring important issues to the Director of Operation's attention. This may involve identifying high-risk cases and seeking payment approvals.
- Expense management and administration: Manage the Director of Operation's team expenses, process invoices for the division, handle filing for the Director of Customer Operations, and provide support with human resource administration, including performance management reviews, recruitment, and training.
- Independent work and awareness: Plan and organise your own work program without supervision, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Stay informed about current developments within the organisation and build productive relationships with other parts of the organisation.
- Additional support to the Director of Customer Operations: Assist with market competitor research, manage customer problems and complaints, participate in the budgetary process, and prepare reports as required.
- Ad hoc projects and events: Provide additional support to the division throughout the year with ad hoc projects, such as Day in the Life activities, group activities, and recognition events.
