We are a family-owned and -operated têxtile recycling company with over 30 years of experience, and we are seeking a new team member who will share our enthusiasm for helping people and giving back to the community. We put a lot of effort into what we do with the goal of improving the world.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other documents as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software such as Google, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of phone systems and general office procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £16.00 per hour
