**Position Summary**
As our Customer Service Export Co-ordinator you will be a key part of our customer services team reporting into the customer services manager who is responsible for our UK & Export customer services, for Learning Resources® Ltd: the exclusive international distributor for Educational Insights®, Inc. You will be responsible for our trade customer Services, customer service administrative duties and general office duties. As a member of the LRUK Customer Services team you will always display the positive Learning Resources attitude and will make every effort in all you do to offer and improve the exceptional level of Customer Service we strive to achieve
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Trade Customer Service;**
- Process orders using our internal system, making every effort to have all orders processed by day end
- Run and interpret the Open Order report to identify orders that need additional work to ship on time
- Liaise with customers on the status and progress of their order, assisting with substitution proposals when products are out of stock
- Offer shipping quotes to customers using the weights and dimensions system
- Ensure customer collect orders are collected in a timely manner using the company dashboard to track orders
- Ensure the correct documentation is issued for export orders
- To produce specific export documentation, certificate of origins, to assist with customs clearance
- Liaise with the Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure orders are despatched in a timely manner
- File all paperwork associated with your orders and queries; archive and store periodically for any audit requirements.
- Create a document file for non-EU shipments for audit purposes
- Produce pro-forma invoices if required and ensure terms are met before the order is shipped, liaise with Accounts department on status of payment
- Raise credits and attend to returns in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for spare parts
- Ensure Contract Pricing is kept up to date and reviewed at year end
- Work closely with the Sales team to create and continually offer an outstanding customer service experience
**Customer Service Administrative Duties**
- Answer incoming calls when a colleague is not present to answer their designated line.
- Maintain order and content of Customer Service folder on Company Server
**General Office Duties**
- Provide cover for absent colleagues in the Customer Services department as directed by the Customer Services Manager
- Maintain and update ACCPAC with data capturing data; Source Codes, Promotion Codes and Prefixes
- Attend Trade and Teacher shows as required - providing support to the Marketing Department with set-up, stand manning and breakdown
- Attend regular product and company training sessions as directed by the Customer Services Manager.

**Experience & Qualificaitons**:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Full UK Driving License
