We're seeking a Regional People Advisor to join our close-knit People team and support our diverse hotel portfolio from London to Bristol. **Role Purpose: As a Regional People Advisor, you will**:

- Provide day-to-day People support across multiple properties.
- Offer first-line support for ER case queries.
- Conduct People Audit Checks to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
- Assist Managers with training, development, and HRIS/Payroll system queries.
- Support GM/HOD’s with the use of People bank (ATS/Recruitment) and Fourth (HRIS & Payroll) system.
- Support workforce planning activities and recruitment efforts.
- Focus on key People KPIs such as labour costs, attrition, vacancies, and absence rates.
- Coach and challenge Managers to enhance leadership and team performance.
- Maintain effective relationships within the People team.
- Assist with escalated ER investigations and hearings.
- Provide HR policy guidance and coaching to resolve issues.
- Support the opening of new properties and People team projects.
- Represent the Talent Team at Careers & Recruitment events.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in a field-based HR role within a fast-paced, multisite environment, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Experience in L&D and coaching initiatives.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
- Knowledge of ER, HR best practices, employment law, GDPR, Talent Acquisition, and Right to Work compliance.
- Attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to inspire colleagues.
- Ability to escalate unclear or conflicting priorities.
- Proven commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
- Ideally CIPD qualified/part-qualified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
