With multiple depots across the UK - we are searching for an ambitious and flexible HR professional who can travel across the sites to deliver on a number of exciting projects - leading on HR activities around the M4 corridor, Heathrow - Wembley - Exeter - London - Wales.

Being supported by a high-performing team - you'll be providing world-class HR Advisory to the business, ensuring the People Strategy aligns with the company values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the training suite locally - upskilling and coaching managers on all HR matters.
- Build strong relationships with varied stakeholders across multiple sites, allowing you to be collaborative to a wide range of projects and challenges.
- Promote our People Strategy - including EDI initiatives, LGBTQIA+, Parent Focus and Gender programs.
- Workforce planning and oversight of updating/streamlining local policies.
- Manage an ER caseload end to end to support your colleagues and deliver best outcomes.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- TUPE Projects.
- Reporting and analysing data from projects and initiatives - measure their success and advise on the outcomes.
To Be Successful:
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to travel in a South is a must.
- A true passion and dedication to people and HR.
- A diplomatic and honest communication style.
- CIPD Level 5 preferred.
- Comfortable working alone, with the ability to perform in a team.
- Natural flair for building strong relationships.
- A strong influencer.
- Industry experience preferred but not a deal-breaker.
